We already have this armor of God. It was given to us by the LORD Jesus when we trusted Him as our Saviour and LORD. When the Scripture says we should put it on, this means that we become aware that we have it, claim it as our own, and face our demanding life situations knowing that we have God’s provision and protection for victory. Yes, the whole armor of God is the tools He gives to believers to protect us from the enemy of our souls.
