The basketball season is over and football season doesn’t start until August for some Big Ten teams, so what is this week’s version of “Go B1G or Go Home” about? Well, Kevin and Troy talk about the Frozen Four and the Big Ten’s dominance in men’s hockey. Is it for geographic reasons? Can you say the Big Ten dominated when the national title winner was from outside the Big Ten?
That may be another topic for another day.
Outside of the Frozen Four, the youngster and old man go over some football talk regarding spring games and practices as well as Notre Dame as a whole. Notre Dame joined the Big Ten in hockey this season and made it to the championship game. Should the Fighting Irish join the conference in football, too? Would it be smart? Can Notre Dame contractually even do it?
Listen to this week’s show to find out.
