OP recently went to a friend's pot-luck lunch and had one of his girlfriend's brownies and immediately started showing signs of going into anaphylactic shock due to his walnut allergy. And after when he asked her she simply said it was an accident and simply didn't remember doing it. OP doesn't believe her.
