JAC shares her 30 years of experience working around the world with victims of intimate partner violence and human trafficking. JAC’s community-based grass-roots approach to combating violence and increasing access to service in rural areas is recognized as a model that can be successfully implemented in rural communities around the country.
JAC is the Founder and former director of the Vermont Victim Assistance Academy. She facilitates the Growing a New Heart Retreat Series. Additionally, she works with professionals in the local and statewide arena as a consultant addressing criminal justice, military, social service, and grass-roots approaches to anti-violence and victims services work.
