Veg Ingram, Flow's softball expert and President of the Gawler and Districts Softball Association, appeared on the Flow Friday Sports Show to offer her thoughts ahead of the final round of action for the competition for 2022.

Ingram also detailed the Giants' heartbreaking loss last weekend by one run with the senior men's side having recently improved their recent run of poor form.

Ingram also touched on the upcoming association's 40 year celebration event to be held in early 2023.
