Fr: Il y avait une fois, dans la belle et vibrante ville de Paris, deux amis, Sophie et Antoine. Ils se promenaient dans la rue ensoleillée remplie de l'odeur du pain frais et du café. Ils se dirigèrent vers le café le plus proche pour prendre leur petit-déjeuner.
En: Once upon a time, in the beautiful and lively city of Paris, there were two friends, Sophie and Antoine. They were walking down the sunny street filled with the smell of fresh bread and coffee. They headed towards the nearest café to have their breakfast.

Fr: Sophie, blonde aux yeux bleus pétillants, portait une robe à fleurs. Antoine, au contraire, était brun avec une élégante veste bleue. Ils étaient amis depuis l'école et partageaient leurs rires et leurs secrets.
En: Sophie, a blonde with sparkling blue eyes, was wearing a floral dress. Antoine, on the other hand, was a brunet wearing an elegant blue jacket. They had been friends since school days, sharing their laughter and secrets.

Fr: Le café était petit mais accueillant. Les tables en bois étaient installées sur le trottoir pour les clients. Des parfums de croissants frais, de pain et de café flottaient dans l'air, donnant l'eau à la bouche aux passants.

Fr: Antoine se dirigea vers le comptoir, décidé à ne parler qu'en français. "Je voudrais un…umm...," il chercha le mot en français, "un croissant, s'il vous plaît," demanda-t-il finalement. Le serveur aux cheveux grisonnants le regarda avec confusion. "Pardon?" demanda-t-il, ne comprenant pas ce qu'Antoine essayait de dire.
En: Antoine walked up to the counter, determined to only speak in French. "I would like a... umm...," he searched for the French word, "a croissant, please," he finally asked. The gray-haired waiter looked at him confused. "Pardon?" he asked, not understanding what Antoine was trying to say.

Fr: Antoine répéta, "Un croissant, s'il vous plaît." Mais le serveur lui lança toujours un regard confus. Pendant ce temps, Sophie observait la scène en riant doucement.
En: Antoine repeated, "A croissant, please." But the waiter still looked puzzled. Meanwhile, Sophie observed the scene, softly laughing.

Fr: Voyant Antoine en difficulté, Sophie s'approcha du comptoir. Avec un sourire taquin, elle dit au serveur, "Un croissant, s'il vous plaît". Le serveur comprit immédiatement et hoché la tête alors qu'il prépare leur commande.
