OP and her friend group have started a tradition of having a girls-only weekend getaway in which they always party. One of OP's friends wasn't going to go this year because she wanted to spend her summer focused on her family. However, plans changed and now she wants to go but says she will bring her 2-year-old daughter. OP and her other friends don't want this.
