Since Creation began, God's intent is that we begin with rest. Let's slow down today and see that as His heart for us. Reflect on Adam's first day and then see how Jesus did a new work and completed it for us. Are you walking in His completed work? Are you walking in His rest? Follow the simple prompts to rest in His presence and take the time at the end to be still for renewal. It takes practice. Make it a habit to rest with Him. Blessings!
