Economic and health uncertainty aside, many folks are stressed out during the Coronavirus Pandemic because they unexpectedly find themselves at home with nothing to do.
For kids who grew up in the tropics, this self isolation is very much like when hurricanes would hit and force us to stay at home.
Today my sister-in-law, Talia Fernós, Doctor of Mathematics, joins us to talk about her childhood experiences of homeschooling during a natural disaster. What can we learn from people who lived without electricity or water for months?
