Flow's new Sunraysia Netball correspondent Julia Woodall phoned in from Ouyen for a look at the latest results and fixtures after the Ouyen United Kangas sat out in last weekend's round of action with the bye.

Woodall, The President of the club, declared that this week's trip to face South Mildura was simply a "do-or-die" task for her club's A-Grade team.
