Kimberly is a former queen of quit, smile faker, and depression sufferer. For way too long, she lived a life without any joy. Through intense heart work and self-care, she was able to transform her way of living. She is now passionate about teaching women how to cultivate more joy and live out a J.O.Y. Lifestyle.
Kimberly is the founder of Real Connection Ministry, the Women's Virtual Summer Camp Weekend, and the J.O.Y. Lifestyle Festival. She is a devoted Christ-follower who has co-authored 2 devotion books. She's also a wife, mother of 3, and seasonal triathlete.
TAKEAWAYS:
+ To Kimberly, success means enjoying the journey, and enjoying the blessings that come from the journey.
+ If you’re feeling lost or burnt out or prioritizing your self-care is 100% necessary. Kimberly’s favorite self-care strategy is working out. It builds confidence, and if you’re feeling lost or burnt out your confidence has probably taken a hit. It releases endorphins, and it creates a habit of taking care of yourself.
+ Failing forward is something that Kimberly uses in her business to help her create results and experience success. Failure is inevitable. It’s going to happen. But when you can approach failure without it becoming an identity, you can use it to create momentum in your business.
