Today on the podcast I'm sharing a bit from within about how we can approach or deal with the unexpected in our life. As many of you know, I am getting ready to make a big move and with that comes so many emotions- and even though I know what I'm signing up for- it still comes with a lot of first times, and unknowns. This is no different than when something completely unexpected comes into our life and brings change. It launches us onto some kind of path- one that we can let our baseline, habitual brain handle the way it always has- or we can choose to slow down and face it more intentionally. This choice brings opportunity to look at things in a different way. There's so much I'd love to share with you now- including where we're heading, but I want to do that justice and really tell the story when I have a few more details fully set in place.
