On this episode, we learn how ESPN's Tiffany Greene is playing a major role in the collegiate sports world and as a mentor to inspire local kids.

Tune in as Chief Brian Dugan chats with this play-by-play announcer to learn how Greene is breaking barriers as a female sportscaster, and why she feels it's important to give back to the city she calls home.

Greene is the first African-American woman to serve as a play-by-play commentator for college football on a major network.

Prior to realizing her dream as a sportscaster, Greene attended Hillsborough High School where she was no stranger to the basketball courts.  She went on to graduate from Florida A&M University with a degree in broadcast journalism and steadily rose from local TV to a major broadcast network.

In addition to calling a variety of collegiate games on ESPN, Greene volunteers her time to mentor kids through programs such as MediaGirlz (Girl Scouts of West Central Florida) and Press Pass (Tampa Bay Local Organizing Committee).

Greene's recent involvement in the 2019 NCAA Women's Final Four led to a significant donation that will impact boys and girls throughout Tampa.
