Cheri has been a registered nurse with Harbor Hospice for 5 years, she is certified in Hospice and Palliative Care. Prior to Harbor Hospice Cheri worked as registered nurse in the hospital setting for 12 years. She enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and the Kansas City Chiefs!
Amy Geldersma, LMSW Harbor Hospice Social Work & Counseling Services Manager
Amy Geldersma is a licensed Master's social worker and has worked at Harbor Hospice for 6 years. Amy obtained her LMSW from Grand Valley State University, where she quickly discovered her passion for supporting those at end of life. She enjoys her family and the outdoors during every season.
