Sometimes, life is sending you a gift. That's how I felt when I connected with Lisa Pepper-Satkin.

Lisa and I were in the same Facebook group. I posted something about my podcast and she responded.

 I didn’t know her and while we were preparing for the recording, we found out that we have A WHOLE LOT in common! We both knit, play djembe, have orchids in our office! And that's just a few obvious things!

She is a warm and caring executive therapeutic coach and she lives in California.

I keep thinking it’s too bad we live so far away from each other because she is the king of woman I’d go out for coffee or do retreats with!  (As a matter of fact, we just might end up organizing one together!! HAHAHA!)

She shares deep thoughts with us here and I’m so very grateful we spent that time together and record this for you.
