She insures that she minimises bias in meetings and investigates the background to the need of the decision due to be made before the actual meeting. June also covers how she fosters a culture of decisiveness in her life and in business. She calls for the need to listening to reflectors as they need time to gather their thoughts and getting a team that questions you. June only regrets decisions that she wasn't able to make and covers more.
