Are you happy with the way your body looks and feels? This is what body composition training is about. What is the point of focusing on a number on the scale in itself if you don’t feel strong and confident in your body?

Jordan Davies, co-owner and body composition director at Complete Performance in Circle Pines, MN, helps women create a fitness and nutrition program suitable to their individual lifestyle and goals.

-Find a personal trainer who is a good fit for you. Ask good questions.
-Don’t just look at the price tag. And make sure your trainer is more interested in your transformation than a transaction
-Celebrate your whole womanhood by doing something just for you!
