Meet Damon Nailer:

When you think of an entrepreneur and communication specialist,
you must consider Damon “Daril” Nailer as a prime example.
Damon was born and raised in New Orleans LA. At the age of
eighteen, he migrated to Monroe, LA to attend the University of
Louisiana at Monroe. He later graduated Magna Cum Laude with
a Bachelor of Arts degree in education and served as an educator in
the Monroe City School System.
In 2004, Damon launched out as an entrepreneur to pursue careers
in motivational speaking, music production, and writing. His
aforementioned endeavors have paid off huge dividends. He has
spoken in a variety of settings (religious institutions, business
seminars, conferences, juvenile correctional facilities, elementary
schools, high schools, and graduations) performed at 100s of
venues, recorded his fourth CD- a 22 track LP entitled Conception
& Rebirth , and written one book.
In addition, in 2006 he established a janitorial business which has
experienced great success.
Most recently, Mr. Nailer created his own internet talk show
entitled Motivating the Masses. This podcast airs biweekly and
provides direction, inspiration, and education concerning our daily
lives.
