UnityNow's Toby Davis sits down with Bruce Bond, CEO and Co-founder of Common Ground Committee, a nonpartisan, citizen-led nonprofit dedicated to reducing polarization.

Throughout their conversation, the two explore the founding and mission of the Committee. Bruce and his Team began hosting events that bring individuals from different ends of an issue.
