Today's guest is Jacob Geronimo, a real estate investor in Truro Nova Scotia. Jacob was a fulltime nurse in 2017 when he realized that his yearly salary wasn't going to help him accomplish his and his family's financial goals. Starting with Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Jacob bought his first investment property later that year and discovered the B.R.R.R.R. method. Over the last few years, he's grown his portfolio up to 12 properties since 2017.
