Deep belly breathing is such a subtle yet huge stress reliever. It is a wholesome friendly practice to add to our daily routine as it helps center our minds, release stress and grants us some serenity.
The good thing about this practice is that it is not stationary so meaning it can be practiced anywhere be it in our cars, at work, social gatherings, at home etc.
Everywhere we turn, there seems to be some news or situation tugging at our peace of mind and well being, wanting us stressed out and tired.
It is such a relief to know that this is one of the most inexpensive and very natural ways we can relieve ourselves from stress. It is recommended by yoga instructors and even health experts.
This is a very welcome practice and I hope you're in for it.
