Abuse is a vastly discussed topic, however, emotional abuse is not talked about as much as physical and sexual abuses. Ironically, emotional abuse is more common than the other form of abuses and is usually the bud of abuses which often lead to physical or sexual abuses. The dreadful part of emotional abuse is that you can abuse or be abused without exactly knowing you are abusing. Hence, the importance of this podcast to enable us identify emotional abusive relationships and ways to handle it.
