This episode was inspired by a new friend I met while playing beach volleyball. She has also decided to live a life to inspire and help others in the form of mentorship. She shared a story about one of her mentees and how she helped her start seeking a path of true Happiness by making sure that Joy was part of that equation. When I heard that, I realized just how important that is and how the absence of Joy OR Happiness in the equation of Joy AND Happiness is an indicator of how things may need to change in our pursuit of Authentic Happiness in our lives...It's a good one!
