Rodney Mondor is the Dean of Students at the University of Southern Maine. After graduating from the University of Maine at Orono, Rodney received his Masters of Education from the University of South Carolina and has dedicated his life to Student Affairs in higher education ever since. He has worked at USM for over 20 years, spanning many departments including Advising, Student Life, and Orientation, using his passion for helping students to support a positive learning environment so students can flourish and reach their goals. Rodney can often be found chatting with students in Sullivan fitness center or enjoying the great outdoors - if you see him, be sure to say hi and ask about his time as a professional mascot for the Portland Seadogs!
