I sit down with Guitar extraordinaire Nick Gertsson and discuss his brand new album "Beyond Fear is beauty"
Nick Gertsson is Swedish born and raised with a guitar in his hands.
Nick has composed and played with many great musicians, including Nicko McBrain (Iron Maiden), Dan Spitz (Anthrax), John Macaluso (Yngwie Malmsteen, T.N.T, Ark), Randy Coven (Steve Vai), Patrick Johansson (Yngwie Malmsteen), Bjorn Englen (Yngwie Malmsteen, Dio Disciples), Nicko McBrain(Iron Maiden), and Chris Risola (Steelheart). His playing has brought him recognition in many professional arenas and he's endorsed by Daddario strings, Blackstar Amps, and ESP Guitars.
In addition to his current band Lucie & The Perfect Wave, he has played for Black Prizm, VoicesofeXtreme, and Ritual Factory. Nick is a graduate of the Musicians Institute Of Technology (G.I.T.) in Los Angeles and has taught and played guitar all over the world.
