Steve Stockton is a veteran outdoorsman and author who has been investigating
the unexplained for nearly 50 years. Originally from the mountains of East Tennessee, Steve has
traveled all over the country and many parts of the world and now makes his home in
picturesque New England with his wife, Nicole, their baby boy on the way, and their dog, Mulder.
Steve cites his influences as his "gypsy witch" grandmother, who told him multitudes of legends
and stories as a small child, as well as authors such as Frank Edwards, John Keel, Charles
Fort, Loren Coleman, Ivan Sanderson, Colin Wilson, and Nick Redfern.
His published books include Strange Things in the Woods (a collection of true, paranormal
encounters) as well as the autobiographical My Strange World, where he talks about his own
experiences dating back to childhood. Recently, he has written National Park Mysteries and
Disappearances, Volumes 1, 2, and 3.
He also owns and narrates the wildly popular Missing Persons Mysteries Youtube channel, as well as the Tales Untold and From Beyond YouTube channels. In addition, he has a radio show, Everything Out There, on Clyde Lewis’ Ground Zero Radio network.
