-Body neutrality is a good 1st step before body positivity
-Notice what feels good and what doesn’t feel good, and then write that down as data
-Orgasm can be thought of as a really big sensation. There are multiple types of orgasms.
-There is no shame in not having an orgasm. The point of sex is not orgasm
-If intercourse hurts, ask yourself: a) Is there enough foreplay happening for lubrication? b) Is there a medical reason? c) Is there a psychological reason?
-Talk to your spouse! Tell them if something hurts, tell them upfront “I don’t want to hurt your feelings but I want to try something different,” tell them what you like or what you want to try
