Paul Colaianni (KO-LEE-AH-NEE) is a behavior and relationship coach, and the host of The Overwhelmed Brain and Love and Abuse podcasts. He failed at all of his romantic relationships until he figured out that he was the common denominator for all his problems. At the start of his divorce, he went on a journey of reflection, self-discovery, healing, and study to become the coach and teacher he is now. Today, he lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his fiancée Asha.
