This week Emma tells us the story of the 2 seperate crime rampages carried out by a man named Robert Mone - the Dundee School Shooting & the Carstairs Axe Murders.
Emma describes the terrifying events at the school in Dundee and how Mone was locked up for this violent incident for 9 years, before escaping from the psychiatric facility where he had been held.
