My parents are from Puerto Rico and Guatemala . I was diagnosed in 2017 with Celiac Disease and other health issues that i will discuss on here. I also want to discuss other topics to raise awareness in other areas and have more positivity in our communities. I also will talk about the struggles of having Celiac Disease my personal experiences and the challenges of living a healthy fit. Every thing that is discussed here is to help the next person to achieve anything they want no matter what circumstance they are in. A negative avenue can in turn change to a positive outlook on all the great things this world has to offer life is beautiful and we must live it with the best expectations and chase our goals and dreams like there is nothing in our way to hold us back.
