Hi World, this is a minute with Sonya.
I’m Sonya, a high performance transformation coach.
Setting goals can support you to reach your dreams. By setting goals, you have something to reach and make your life more meaningful. You can also know how to have the progress in your life so that you will not have the same boring life everyday.
Here are the simple tips of setting goals:
1. It must be what you really really want to. It’s not what your boy friend, parents, or even your best friend want to. Of course you can take them in your journey to support you or even help you to reach your goals.
2. Setting goals must be fun. This is very important when you feel down facing challenges. Your goals will remind you and make you smile and motivate you to go on.
3. Remind yourself everyday about the goals. Give the date when you want to reach your goals. This will help you to plan and take the actions accordingly so that you can evaluate what to do next. You can do the vision board, manifestation, affirmation, etc. Anything that can suit you to believe in yourself so you can reach whatever you want to.
