show moreThat being said I chose only Black artists from Turtle Island for this mix and may continue to do so in the coming weeks. In this show is an ode to The Last Poets out of New York as well as music from Tall Black Guy, Black Thought, Terrace Martin, Nina Simone, Ab-Soul, Shad, Gil Scott-Heron, The Celestics, D Smoke & more.

I finished with some words from myself about the current state of affairs in the world, I list a BUNCH of ways to acknowledge, learn and support during this time and I give you some news on the upcoming action taking place this week.
