With the Paris 2024 Games underway, The GIST of It is back with a gold medal recap of the opening action. On today’s episode, co-host Steph Rotz and guest host Lauren Tuiskula discuss the latest news surrounding the CanWNT drone scandal before our special interview with Team USA gymnast Jordan Chiles. 

First, the gals walk through the latest on the Team Canada women’s soccer drone spying scandal, with CanWNT recently appealing FIFA’s six-point penalty deduction.. There’s a lot of nuance to this story, and Steph and Lauren chat through it all.
