Tennessee Mojo is one of the premier softball organizations in all of softball. The pedigree behind all of the success starts with its player and coaches. Josh Fisher has the pedigree and Josh Fisher has the accolades to back it up. Coaching for the better half of 2 decades, Josh knows what it takes to get athletes to perform at their best, in the biggest moments. He has helped countless athletes reach their dream of playing college softball. Last Summer coaches, Michael Danley and Josh Fisher announced that they were teaming up to create a talent-filled team with a core of 10 standout 2023 (incoming senior) players, a trio of 2024’s, and one blue chip 2025.
This team is absolutely stacked with talent from top to bottom! All 14 of the players are ranked in the Extra Elite 100 for their respective classes. 13 of the 14 are ranked in the Top 50 of their class. 9 of the 14 are ranked in the Top 25 of their class. 5 of the 14 are ranked in the Top 10 of their class, including two players who are at #2. Coach Danley explains the direction behind the merge, “I need to have a place for my 2024 and 2025 kids a place to play after next year,” the coach continues. Once this next year is done, I will take a break from coaching and enjoy watching my kid play in college (Ashtyn Danley, a 2023 pitcher committed to Florida State who is ranked #7 in the 2023 Extra Elite 100). I wanted to leave something for the kids and families that would be looking for a place.”
Josh Fisher - from Pickens, SC. I coached High School Ball for about 12 years (10 as a Head Coach), at Pickens High School. I have been coaching on the travel circuit since 2014. I’m not married, nor do I have any children of my own. I’ve been fortunate enough not to have to jump around too much, however, have been able to work under a couple of awesome softball minds in Tony Genovese (SC Elite) and Brooks Cherry (Tennessee Mojo). I’m also blessed to have what I think is one of the best Coaches in the Country in Ramsey Harkness on our Staff. Ramsey is from Phoenix, Arizona, and is the PGF director in Arizona and the Mountain Region. Some of my Coaching Highlights are below (I spent all afternoon going through everything, for accuracy). • Current Team - Tennessee Mojo - Danley / Fisher. We were 13-3 this Fall. We have the #2 ranked 2025 (Ana Roman - Oviedo, Florida), #2 ranked 2023 (Ashtyn Danley - FSU - Winchester, TN), #3 ranked 2024 (Audrey Lowry - Oklahoma - Lizton, Indiana).
