He has published over 150 scholarly works on topics such as the effects of motivation on learning and performance, analogical reasoning, categorization, decision-making, and creativity. Art is the director of the Human Dimensions of Organizations program at the University of Texas. He’s also a frequent contributor to Psychology Today, Fast Company, and the Harvard Business Review, and serves as a member of the editorial board of Cognitive Psychology. Art also co-hosts the Two Guys on Your Head podcast.
