She is a Clinical Assistant Professor with Baylor College of Medicine in the Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and owns a small private practice, Secure Base Psychology, PLLC. She holds a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver. She lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and two children.
