Lisa is joined by Caroline Craven who  started blogging in 2009 about having MS (eventually winning a Healthline best MS blog award in 2019 and 2020). Her focus is conquering MS with self-care.Caroline currently she runs a community on BelongMS, a treatment navigation and social media platform for MS patients, caregivers and physicians. Her channel serves as a forum for empowering people with MS through self-care. She talks about the power of social media to help with coping with chronic disease and how people can use self-care to overcome obstacles.
