It's often easy to put things off. From the simple tasks like washing the dishes to the big, life-changing decision, we've all struggled, procrastinated or simply avoided taking action!

Starting new things can be tricky, with all the "what if's", "buts" and general fear, it's no wonder we often find ourselves waiting for a different time!
