It is important to note the constant oppression, inequality, and constant social welfare we seem to be fighting against, while also acknowledging that all Black womxn’s experience may not be the same and each of our experiences should be valued and validated.

Black womxn between the ages of 7 and 93 have been victims of police brutality and violence. Sandra Bland, Shelly Frey Miriam Corey, Shantel Davis, Malissa Williams, Kathryn Johnson, Kendra Jones, Gabriella Nevarez, Breonna Taylor.

At least 22 Black trans or non-binary folx have been killed in the U.S. this year. Brayla Stone, Nina Pop, Dominique Fells, Bubba Walker, and more.
