En: The paths were intertwining, and each turn led to more confusion.
Cy: "Dylem fod wedi cyrraedd yr uchafbwynt erbyn hyn," meddai Eleri, yn troi'i map gyda llygedyn o bryder yn ei llais.
En: "We should have reached the summit by now," said Eleri, turning her map with a hint of concern in her voice.
Cy: Wrth iddynt gerdded rwng coedwigoedd tywyll a cherrig mawr, gwelodd Rhys lewyrch yn y pellter.

Cy: "Dywedais i!
En: "I told you!
Cy: Mae yna'r cae dirgel," llefodd e gyda gwên.

En: Suddenly, they heard a bell ringing.
Cy: Edrychodd y ddau ar ei gilydd a dechreuasant ddilyn y sŵn.
En: They looked at each other and started to follow the sound.
Cy: Trwy wlân a brwyn, daethant o hyd i faes gudd wedi'i leinio â blodau gwyllt a phryfed hardd yn neidio o flodyn i flodyn.
En: Through heather and bracken, they found a hidden field lined with wildflowers and beautiful insects hopping from flower to flower.
Cy: Yn y canol roedd torf o geifr mynydd yn chwarae ac yn bwyta'r glaswellt.
En: In the middle, a flock of mountain goats played and ate the grass.

Cy: " chwardle Rhys.
En: exclaimed Rhys.
Cy: Gwenodd Eleri wrth i geffyl bach curf ymlwybro tuag ati.
En: Eleri smiled as a young goat trotted towards her.
Cy: Aeth ati'n araf ac aeth hi a Rhys i ffrindiau'r cae.
En: She approached it slowly, and she and Rhys made friends with the field's inhabitants.
Cy: Yn y diwedd, roedd yn amser i adael y meadow hudolus a chwilfrydig.
En: Finally, it was time to leave the magical and curious meadow.
Cy: Cyfeiriodd Megan, ffermwr cyfeillgar oedd yn gwylio o'r pellter, y ffordd yn ôl i'r llwybr cywir.
En: Megan, a friendly farmer who was watching from a distance, directed them back to the right path.
Cy: "Fe weloch chi'r geifr dirgel!
En: "Did you see the secret goats?
Cy: Maent yn arwain pobl coll i ffyrdd newydd," meddai hi â gwên.
En: They lead lost people to new paths," she said with a smile.
Cy: Wrth iddynt gerdded yn ôl tuag at y pentref, roedd Eleri a Rhys yn teimlo bod eu camarwain wedi dod â bendith anisgwyl.
En: As they walked back towards the village, Eleri and Rhys felt that their mishap had brought an unexpected blessing.
