The consensus among us was that the growing fecklessness of these U.S. policies has reached the point where there appears no genuine U.S. long-term strategy toward either the world as whole, or even one meant to be applied against America's most dangerous enemies. Whether it is China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, or Russia and the Ukraine, the Biden administration is capable of no more than nearly always insignificant losing tactical operations.
