South Dakota’s governor Kristi Noem is facing bipartisan criticism for the acknowledgment in her memoir that while working on a ranch she had to put down a goat and dog. The horse has been the most important animal for human development but they take a back seat to dogs which can be used to manipulate perception. This is why dating apps tell you to share such pictures, or why the President has dogs in the White House.
