The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari can assist you in identifying your triggers. Maybe you feel stuck in a toxic relationship. Perhaps you want to go after a certain career, but you feel like it’s out of reach. By determining what is holding you back and letting go of it, you can achieve your goals and thrive.
Our first caller, Nicole, needs advice on how to balance being a new mom, wife and active duty service member while also enrolled in graduate courses. Nancy reminds Nicole that mistakes we make or times we mess up are growing moments we can learn from and not something to fear. Listen in, to hear how you can create a community and mindset that will support you in challenging circumstances.
Our inspiration guest, Nancy Mckay grew up in an alcoholic household, which made her feel uncomfortable and unseen. Later in her life, she too began to over-drink. One night, she came home from partying with her husband and when he said she’d had enough, she became enraged and took a handgun to her head. From that night forward, she realized she needed to change and has since given up her toxic habits. On her fifty-eighth birthday she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and had to go through extensive treatment. Now, Nancy is a certified Wayfinder Life Coach and helps her clients find their courage to give up alcohol. Tune in to hear how Nancy attained the strength to heal from her experiences.
Our final caller, Parisa, is looking for advice on how to be confident in making concrete decisions. Nancy recommends she go to a quiet place and visualize what she wants her life to look like and to try and make decisions that align with that vision. Listen in to hear how you can become clear in your objectives in order to achieve your goals.
Perhaps you are struggling with letting go of a past relationship. Maybe you wish you were performing better in your studies. By reaching out for support from friends and family or taking time to step back and look at the situation, you can move forward, heal and live full out.
