The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to embrace who you are. Perhaps you are unsure of the first steps to accomplish a goal. Maybe you find yourself at a crossroads between following your passion or doing something someone else expects from you. By striving to be your ‘best’-self you can unlock doors and break down barriers in order to live full out.

Our first caller, Brad, recently finds himself split in the middle of conflicts between his brother and parents. He asks Nancy for advice on how to maintain a healthy relationship with both parties since this is causing him emotional stress and strain. Nancy suggests that he be supportive of his brother and parents, but urges him to remove himself from the arguing in order to thrive. Tune in to hear how by focusing on self-care you can grow as a person in order to accomplish your goals.

Our second caller, Alan, is unsure of his plans after college—everyone keeps asking him what he wants to do, and it is stressing him out! Nancy urges him to embrace being unsure of his post-graduation aspirations and be honest, open and vulnerable. Listen in to hear how you can weather the unknown by living in the moment each day.

Our inspirational guest, Jackson Bird, publicly came out as transgender in 2015. In his own podcast, Transmission and YouTube series, “Queerstory” he has committed himself to amplifying the voices of transgender people and breaking down the negative stigma attached to their experiences. Tune in to hear Jackson’s incredible story, and how he was able to take the steps to transition which started by embracing himself.
Our final caller, Quinn, plans on taking a gap year between high school graduation and his first semester of college. In order to pay for school, he is realizing it is difficult to find a job that speaks to him. He asks Nancy for advice on how best to approach this situation. Nancy urges him to do what it takes, and that any job he picks, is not his ‘forever’ job. By zeroing in on what you want to accomplish you can take the necessary steps to fulfill that goal.
Maybe you really want to pursue a music career but are nervous about how people will judge you. Perhaps you are gearing up for a job interview but are feeling under-qualified. Remember, you owe it to yourself to embrace who you are and highlight the special aspects that only you bring to the table. By doing that, you can create opportunities for yourself and live full out.
