Michelle Edmonds, M.A., M.Ed, Atlanta, GA ~ Life and Wellness Coach |Author​. A native New Yorker, Michelle has been a resident of Atlanta since 1999, when she became an active member of World Changer's Church International, where Dr. Creflo Dollar is Sr. Pastor​. She has served with Taffi Dollar on the Prestige Ministry, where the mission is to get women in the sex industry saved and into safe havens.


​Affectionately known as the "Godmother of the Wellness Movement" ​Michelle Edmonds is an entrepreneur in Public Health and Social Justice​, known for speaking on provocative topic such “Serenity’s Top 7 Fat Habits©", “The Politics of Weight Loss©” , “Detox your Mind or the Fat will Come Back©” and “The Weight of Anger©”. ​In the area of social justice, ​she serves as a consultant and provides housing for the homeless, mentally~disabled and veterans.​

​She is the author and co-founder of the Serenity Weight Loss and Detoxification Program, founded in 1992, and THE SERENITY CHALLENGE, a virtual, grant-funded wellness initiative, started in 2013, targeted to Pastors and churches.​ Her book is entitled "DETOX YOUR MIND of the FAT WILL COME BACK", to be released in 2016

Michelle is a magna cum laude undergraduate​, holds two master’s degrees and received her doctoral training from Columbia University, in counseling psychology and adult education.​
