Betsy Wurzel’s guest today is Dr.Arthur Wernick, a Clinical Pharmacist, my area of expertise is Medication Therapy Management. Dr. Wernick performs a complete analysis and assessment of a patient’s medication use. This in coordination with their clinical conditions and lifestyle, so that I consider the whole patient and not just their medications. Dr. Wernick typically works with patients who have more than one clinical condition, take multiple medications, and are usually under the care of more than one doctor.
