Today’s Recipe: Grandkid-Approved Zucchini BrowniesIngredients:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon homemade vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
