After watching the movie “Beef” on Netflix, I am convinced that the world is going through an “anger epidemic”and its’ percolating just beneath the surface of those affected, and it can pop up it’s ugly head at the slightest provocation or need to vent.
It’s almost looking for it’s next victim. And generally the victim is not even aware that they are next because it’s usually not about them.
This episode is about the tormented perpetrator who has “simply had enough”. How are you dealing with your own pent up and repressed anger? Are you agitated all the time? Does the slightest provocation ,move you from agitation to overt anger? Does it matter where you are? In the car, at the store, at home, at work, or riding your bike? Is that dark passenger always with you?
There have now been 199 mass shootings in the U.S. this year…the most ever. We will hear why, as explained by a noted criminologist. We'll hear from ordinary citizens who were in the line of fire, and we will hear how the Buddhists view anger. You will be enlightened to learn there is hope for you. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/allan-holender2/message
