In this week's episode Sonia and Sherry interview Colin and his story with quiet borderline personality disorder (bpd). We talk about what quiet bpd is and his diagnosis story. We then talk about how quarantine and social media affected Colin's mental health. At the end of the episode, we talked about advice for others struggling with quiet bpd and any other mental illness (or just people in general because the advice was so good!).
