Premasudha speaks to the importance of loving One’s Self. We have never been taught how, particularly in the West, but with patience, persistence, and compassion for our errors, we can learn! Loving Oneself is not to be self-indulgent or showering oneself with material items. As Premasudha reminds us, it is an ongoing and continuous embrace of one’s humanity and child self energy. We can turn to love ourselves at any time. It is developing an energy of love and compassion for oneself such as imagining pink and gold energy surrounding you; saying a loving mantra; focusing on your heart chakra; Angels hugging you; enlightened Masters supporting you; and/or feeling intuitively into meta-imagery that works for you. ***Working with images in this way will eventually percolate down and transform your experience here in the physical.*** Deciding to deeply turn and love your inner child is a brave step on the journey. It is your little child self who holds the key to deep feelings of peace, wonder and love. Healing our child self comes as we tap into our Soul energy and realize that our Soul is our true identity. May we all decide to love and embrace ourselves, our humanity and our child selves. Be compassionate, understanding, patient and forgiving of oneself. All lasting transformation takes time. Oak trees don't reach maturity in a day, but with fertile soil, sunshine, water and lots of love, little acorns sprout and gradually become mighty oaks. Believe in yourself. Love wins over time.
